Elite Day Spa is an exclusive Spa and Nail Salon in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. They approached us in need of an entire site-wide redesign and an updated look to match their recent renovation. We created and deployed custom layouts, completely redesigned the mobile experience and added booking integrations. We took a customer-centric view and placed User Experience and Interaction at the core of our rebuild. The result is an easily navigable, user friendly experience.
Our main objective was to catch users’ attention and create a flow leading to bookings and completing appointments. We overhauled the UI and created a mobile experience that makes it easy to navigate as well as create appointments, leading to increased customers, conversions and sales.
